Ingredients
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- 1/2 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
- 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (optional, adjust to taste)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Blend the Ingredients: In a blender, combine Greek yogurt, mixed berries, milk, honey (if using), and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth.
- Pour into Molds: Carefully pour the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top for expansion.
- Insert Sticks: Place popsicle sticks into the molds and freeze for at least 4-6 hours or until completely solid.
- Remove from Molds: To remove the popsicles, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds, then gently pull the popsicles out.
- Serve: Enjoy immediately or store in an airtight container in the freezer for later.
